We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or for no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the presentation folders for your next big meeting or we refuse to accept your money!
If you need to return something, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-800-480-1338 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original condition.

All orders will begin processing once check or money order has been cleared by our bank.
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days from when your order was placed. If you require a rush order, please call us, toll-free at 1-800-480-1338 to discuss special arrangements.
The Folder Store uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. We’ve found that UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we would be happy to discuss that with you.
At this time, we cannot ship outside the United States.
Minimum Order Requirement
The Folder Store requires a minimum of 100 folders. We accept exact quantity orders above the minimum requirement. Feel free to order samples — and don’t forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you select the perfect folders for that next big sales pitch!
Sales tax will be assessed based on delivery location for all customers without a tax exempt certificate.
